The villa is located in San Giustino Valdarno, on the Tuscan hills and surrounded by green. It is 15km from Arezzo.The accomodations are divided in 9 apartments and 3 double rooms. On the first and second floors, there are 3 apartments each floor, while on the third floor there are 3 double rooms. Adjacent to the main villa, there is another building with other 2 apartments. Each apartment is furnished in the typical Tuscan style and consists of a large living room with sofa bed, kitchen corner, double room and bathroom. The double rooms are furnished in a very pleasant style, well refined and elegant.The breakfast room respects the pleasant style of the hotel.This is a spacious villa, belonging a restored 'borgo', dating from the 1700s.The lobby is medium in size and furnished in a simple and sober style.Villa La Grotta also has a beautiful swimming pool. © GTA 2009
